The installation and maintenance of electric ball valves mainly include the following points:
1. Only when the pressure before and after the ball valve is removed can the ball valve be disassembled.
2. When reassembling the ball valve body, the bolts must be tightened symmetrically, gradually, and evenly.
3. The cleaning agent should be compatible with the rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts, and working media (such as gas) in the ball valve. When the working medium is gas, metal parts can be cleaned with gasoline, and non-metal parts can be cleaned with pure water or alcohol.
4. The disassembled individual parts can be cleaned by immersion washing. During cleaning, it is necessary to remove grease, dirt, adhesive deposits, dust, etc. that adhere to the wall surface.
